Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel an order for whatever reason and this cancellation right starts from the moment you place the order until 14 working days after you have received it.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty.
You don't have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore for your own protection we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, including the original delivery charge.
